The word we continue to hear often in recent days is ‘unprecedented.’ Never in our lifetime have we experienced what we are currently experiencing with the coronavirus. It has changed most everything in our country, including how we worship. Journey, like many churches, has moved to a totally online experience. Since many are new to ‘online only’ when it comes to church, we have provided some help below. If at any time you have questions, or need help navigating this new world, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Online Weekend Gatherings
You can engage online several different ways on the weekend using one of the platforms below.
We know that part of your worship experience is giving, so we have a secure way for you to give online. If this is your first time giving, it will involve a step or two initially to set up your profile but once that is set, all future giving will be simple.
Just because we aren’t gathering as the church on the weekend, that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be the church in our community. We partner with several organizations that are doing an amazing job at meeting the needs of those that are feeling the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. If you are looking for a place to serve, we can help.
Online Kids Experience
Who could forget the kids?! At Journey, it has never been about babysitting or childcare, it has always been about helping them follow Jesus in age-appropriate environments. It shouldn’t be any different in the virtual world. Each week we will have a special environment just for kids.
Online Student Experience
Every Sunday night our students meet in house groups. Since that can’t happen at the moment, they have moved the house experience online. You can catch them either on YouTube Live or Instagram Live at 4pm on Sunday nights.
Our Missional Communities meet all over the city and since our local and national officials have discouraged any gatherings of more than 10 in size, we are canceling all of our Missional Communities. Instead, we are moving these environments to an online experience. If you are currently in an MC, you no doubt have already been contacted by your MC Leader. If you aren’t currently in an MC, now is the perfect time to explore the virtual world of MCs.
While Journey’s facilities will remain closed, our staff will continue to work throughout the week ministering to and meeting the needs of our church body.
