Living with Eternity in View

Since the age of twelve, David’s life has been dedicated to serving Jesus. As an adult, David became a minister of the Gospel. He had a comfortable home and a full time ministry in a posh West Palm Beach community. But he struggled with the passage from Paul “set your affections on things above; not on the things of this earth.”

While David was on a missionary journey to Northern India, that passage finally registered with him. He was in a village among many villages where there is less than 0.1% who claim to follow Christ. At that moment, “the stats became a reality.” These people were living a normal life; eating, working, playing yet they had no idea that Jesus came to give them true life.

After that trip, David chose to look at his life differently. David recognized the sacrifice Jesus made for all people and believed he should spend the rest of his life telling them about Jesus.

David’s life looks different now. He lives with eternity in view.
