Early Adolescent/Middle School Assistant & High School Assistant
- Assist in planning and preparing for Middle School (High School) Weekly Environments
- Assist in carrying out Summer Events
- Work with Existing Small Group Structure
- Assist in Planning, Preparing, and Attending Middle School (High School) Summer Camp
- Help lead Summer Missional Opportunities in the City
Production Director Assistant
- Assist the Production Director to prepare for weekend environment (stage set)
- Assist in controlling lighting, cameras, livestream, or other technical elements of weekend gatherings
- Help transition stage designs throughout the facility to prepare for Fall
- Help with fixing, updating, and/or enhancing current equipment throughout the facility
- Work on Summer Projects as outlined by the Technical Director
Tech Director Assistant
- Assist Director in enhancing website, Apps, Church Planning Center
- Assist Director in caring for the technical needs of the staff
- Assist Director in updating equipment software throughout the facility
- Introduce and develop new initiatives to help IT Department to progress
Social Media Assistant
- Update all social media platforms
- Assist in creating a comprehensive Summer Communication Calendar
- Maintain all social media platforms
- Work with Ministry Departments to develop Fall communication plan
Graphic Designer
- Help create artwork for ministry environments
- Work with IT Director in refreshing/updating website design
- Enhance graphics in and around facility
- Research Creative Elements for Creative Team Meetings/Weekend Series
- Participate in Creative Team Meetings
- Participate in Filming and Editing Creative Elements
Videographer
- Assist in capturing, editing, and producing ministry videos
- Developed continued competency with all video equipment
- Set up and tear down video shoots
- Refresh some of the existing video library
- Build library of various ‘b-roll’ videos to use for future stories/creative elements
Photographer
- Weekly capture images of all aspects of the weekend environment
- Build library of photos in and around Raleigh
- Assisting/Providing Social Media Team with necessary images
- Enhancing imagery on Journey marketing pieces including website
Worship Ministry Assistant
- Participate in Leading Weekend and Student Environments
- Assist in Weekend Prep (song selection, flow, creative elements)
- Participate and help in leading rehearsals
- Develop competency in Ministry Team Software
- Assist Worship Leader in scheduling/developing/serving volunteer team
- Assist in Stage and Sound prep for ministry environments
Administrative Assistant
- Assist First Impressions Director with scheduling/contacting/serving volunteer team
- Develop competency with Church Database (Planning Center)
- Work with First Impression Director to contact and fill Starting Point environments
- Assist First Impression Director with serving staff to keep all work flows moving
- Assist with work place efficiency (copying, note writing, organizing closets)
City Engagement Assistant
- Assist Outreach Coordinator in serving City Champions
- Weekly engage/rotate involvment with City Partnerships
- Work with Marketing Team in establishing a 2020/21 City Engagement Marketing Plan
- Work with Social Media Team in keeping City Partnerships in front of the church body
- Set up and prepare environments for city engagement meetings/events
