Christmas at Journey
Times: Sunday, December 20 at 9:00am and 11:00am
Location: 3500 Spring Forest Road, Raleigh, NC 27616
There was a day in 2020 when the world seemed to shut down for all of us. In an instant, everything changed. Two thousand years ago, there was a moment that eclipsed all others, a moment when the whole world changed in an instant. The town was Bethlehem, the person was Jesus, and the event was Christmas.
We invite you to join us, either online or in person, on Sunday, December 20th, to experience that moment all over again.
Online Pre-Registration for Kids
If you are planning to join us for in-person gatherings, we would ask you to register your kids in advance for the gathering you plan to attend. This will help us ensure that we do not go beyond 50% capacity in any of our kids’ rooms.
If you plan on joining us online, you can use the button below to watch.
Common Questions About Journey
When you visit Journey Church, you can expect a group of people who will love you and welcome you for who you are. You will see all different types of people, from all different walks of life, looking to move forward in their journey with Christ. You will find worship that is alive and relevant, teaching that is helpful and inspiring, and an environment where you can come as you are and be accepted for who you are. In short, you will find a place where you can be comfortable just being you.
How long are your gatherings?
Gatherings last about 65 minutes. If you’re visiting for the first time, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes ahead of the gathering time so that we can help you park, help you get your children checked in, and help you find a seat.
What do you have for my kids?
In our Journey Kids environment, children 4th grade and younger experience Jesus on their level. Journey Kids is a safe, age-appropriate environment where kids have their own service with singing, a relevant Bible lesson, and small group time. We understand that it can be a little unnerving to drop your kids off in an unfamiliar place. Our check-in system complimented by our Safety Team will help ensure that you can worship in peace knowing that your children are well cared for. If the need arrives, we also have a family room where moms (or dads) and infants can watch the service together.
Where do I park?
Parking is all around our building and our parking team and traffic cops will direct you where to go. Just follow the smiling faces in the bright orange vests. If you are a first-time guest, please let our attendants know by turning on your hazard lights. It’s our way of helping you find reserved parking close to the main entrance. Our parking team will direct you to the closest available spot.
Can I sit anywhere?
Absolutely! Our friendly Host Team is there to help you find a seat.
What do I have to wear, and do I have to bring anything?
Come as you are. Most people wear casual attire, but you’re welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable.
